Ordering

How do I place an order? Browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept all major payment methods. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. After that, the order may already be in processing. Email support@novabaazar.xyz as soon as possible.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take? India: 5–10 business days. International: 10–20 business days. Processing takes 1–3 business days before shipping.

Will I get a tracking number? Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package.

Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our full Return Policy for details.

My item arrived damaged. What do I do? Email us at support@novabaazar.xyz within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund quickly.

How long does a refund take? Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
