Returns & Refunds — Nova Baazar
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
30-Day Return Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and original packaging intact.
How to Start a Return Email us at support@novabaazar.xyz with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps. Please do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return required in most cases.
Refund Timeline Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may add 3–5 additional days.
Non-Returnable Items Sale/clearance items, gift cards, personal care products, and custom/personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
Exchanges We don't process direct exchanges. Return your item and place a new order for the correct product — we'll prioritize your new order.
EU Customers If you're ordering from within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
